"I worked with Amora Alvarado recently on the sale of a house. I will start off by saying real estate transactions are annoying. It feels like realtors in general are out for an easy pay check. The client is left scratching his head wondering what exactly that 3% seller commisson paid for. That's been my experience over the last decade plus. Now let's talk about Amora. She was fantastic to work with and has changed my perspective on realtors. She went out of her way to make sure the house was staged correctly and we had great pictures on the MLS. She spent a good amount of time doing market research to make sure we entered the market at the right price.
